Your Complete Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "o789 game" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at o789game.com, including all associated games, wallet services, promotional systems, and support functions.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on o789 game or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player on o789 game, associated with a PKR wallet and game history.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee denomination balance held within a Player's o789 game Account, from which all game wagers are deducted and into which all winnings and deposits are credited.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to separate promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC document and any additional supporting documentation requested by o789 game.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply.

By registering an account with o789 game, accessing any game or service on the Platform, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using o789 game and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register an account on o789 game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active or suspended o789 game Account.
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your current mobile number.
• Your use of o789 game does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

o789 game reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by o789 game support may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o789 game Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all financial transactions initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. o789 game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must notify o789 game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• o789 game strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• o789 game staff will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for the security of any device through which you access o789 game.

All deposits to your o789 game PKR Wallet must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. o789 game does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and accounts held at HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmed receipt by o789 game's payment processing systems. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instantaneous for Easypaisa and JazzCash. o789 game does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which o789 game bears no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• o789 game reserves the right to reject or return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from a payment method in the Account holder's name.
• Deposited funds held in your PKR Wallet do not accrue interest.
• o789 game is not a bank and PKR Wallet balances are not covered by any Pakistani deposit protection scheme.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. o789 game does not process third-party withdrawals. Before any withdrawal request can be approved, your Account must have completed KYC identity verification.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification via valid CNIC submission.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit in place on your Account.
• No active fraud, AML, or compliance review is in progress on your Account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are typically within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods including HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or that require manual review may take longer. o789 game will communicate any delays to the affected player via the contact details on their Account.

o789 game may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically superseded by individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement which must be met in full before the bonus balance or any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game types — typically progressive jackpots and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• o789 game reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time, including clawing back bonus funds credited in error or fraudulently claimed.
• Abuse of bonuses — including collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.

All games offered on o789 game — including slots, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, Cockfighting arena feeds, and lottery-style draws — are governed by individual game rules which are displayed to the Player prior to wagering. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on o789 game use certified random number generation systems. The outcomes of these games cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by Players or o789 game staff.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a monitored studio environment and are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant game table.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by o789 game's designated results authority. o789 game reserves the right to void bets on events where the result is disputed or subject to official investigation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session that prevents a fair game outcome, o789 game will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's PKR Wallet.
• Winnings resulting from a game error — including display errors, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds — will be voided. o789 game's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on o789 game. Breach of any prohibition will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using o789 game accounts as a vehicle for processing funds from illegal sources.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party.

o789 game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated via Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined rolling period. Once the limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification reminder that triggers at your chosen session duration threshold.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o789 game's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the amount of verified funds held in that Player's PKR Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside o789 game's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Loss of profits, opportunity costs, or any other economic loss arising from Platform downtime or game unavailability.

o789 game collects and processes personal data about its Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

o789 game will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
